physical requirements

  1. Must be able to stand on feet for long periods of time.
  2. ​Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds.
  3. ​Must be able to do repetitive motion with hands, wrists and arms.
  4. ​Must be able to work with arms above head.
  5. ​​Must be able to bend and squat to ground level.
  6. Must be able to work in temperatures ranging from 35-110 degrees.
  7. ​​Must be able to lift and control long pole.

  4. ​Must have the ability to read a street guide and follow directions.
  5. ​Must listen carefully to customer needs and concerns

  8. Must communicate clearly with front office
  9. Must follow company policy.
  10. ​​Must have a friendly personality and be willing to please the customers.

I founded this business in 1984, and I am still cleaning windows after 30 years. It keeps me fit too. I have served in our military and have a four year college degree. I've raised 2 children and own my own home. Window cleaning paid for it all!
